Patrick "Pat" J. Early, President of Somerset CPAs, P.C., has been selected as the 2008 recipient of the Charles L. Whistler Award, Indianapolis' highest civic tribute and the most prestigious honor given by the Mayor's Office. Pat, a lifelong native of Indianapolis, received the Whistler Award from the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee and Mayor Ballard at a ceremony on November 18, 2008, for his dedication in uniting Indianapolis' public and private sectors for civic improvement. Pat has served as president of the Capital Improvement Board of Marion County, the not-for-profit Girls, Inc., the Penrod Society and serves on several community boards.
